Before You Book

Full payment is required through Square to reserve your appointment. One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a refund less a $50 administrative and booking fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and missed appointments/no-shows are non-refundable.

Mobile collection/travel fees become non-refundable once the collector has departed for the appointment location. A 15-minute grace period applies to scheduled appointments.
